ETW Corporate
Team Building is what we do at Explore the Wilderness. Learn to have fun, handle stress and stay committed to the objective. Click here to read comments from our most recent program.
In 1990 Peter Senge saw the need of the ‘Learning Organisation’ in the fast changing business world where individuals manage their own development and learn to unleash their potential. The needs for specialist skills are replaced by the need to learn and differentiate. This cannot be achieved by using methods from the past… ‘Do what you have always done, and get what you have always got.’
The secret to the success of business reengineering lies not in restructuring the whole organization, but in reprogramming the thinking and attitude from within, especially those at the top.
At ETW our Ex periential Learning Courses are designed to engage participants in activities that include elements of fun, adventure and game. Participants later critique the activities, draw useful insights from the analysis and put the results to work, regardless where they are on the Corporate ladder.
ETW has the advantage to adapt to many content areas, some of which include personal growth, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, career, leadership, decision-making, problem solving, planning, creativity, group dynamics, collaboration, conflict resolution, stress management, and the list goes on…
The structured experiences provide a framework from which we facilitate the inductive learning process. In this model, participants take ownership of the process.
